When I saw the thread title I thought you were going to post this shot from Wales
For those not fluent in Welsh, the Welsh section actually says "I am not in the office at the moment. Send any work to be translated"
A city council worker in Wales mistook the body of an "out of office" reply email for a translation, and that out of office message made it onto the road sign.
