I got drunk in Perth. It was my first introduction the Scotland. Came down the river Perth, had arrived from Rotterdam with big rolls of steel to deliver. Went to the pub that evening and fell over cos of the ice on the road, never been anywhere so cold in my life. That was in October.
Like your picture Allan and hope your nose gets better soon.

It's a strange feeling when you note that the pavement is rising up to meet you and you've got nothing to stop it but your face. :p

Nice shot, though, Allan.

i like the fact he's not getting a lot of sympathy the drunken arse lolol (very smug at being a non-drinker)

Smug non drinkers are in the same risk category as drinkers when it comes to broken noses Davie ... ... ... ;)

Were you drunk Allan?

Nice shot by the way! Great sky!

Yes beer probably played a small part but I wasn't wasted just unlucky I guess. I don't expect too much sympathy for stupidity :D

And thank you for the comments regarding foto. I seem to have been using that shade of sepia in a lot of my pics lately. Must be a sign I'm finding a niche I like :D:D

Kissing the pavement - classic! :D

Does it hurt to hold the camera to your face Allan? ;)

I like the way you can see through the church spire, like a giant needle
