Thanks, Rob. Yes, I think it was but it was entirely in Japanese except for NY so I'm not certain.

A very good one Pete. Yes and no about the blur. It is movement blur due to a long shutter time. Everything that is standing still is sharp. I guess he did this purposely for exactly emphasizing the movement which he of course could have frozen in time. Or was it just a quick snap and not realizing the slow shutter?
