Pffft! I am getting fitter, that was only 3 miles into a 10 mile walk.

Now if you like a puzzle... I started at a famous horse racing track, climbed to the highest point in East Sussex, walked to a woodland planted in honour of the Queen's coronation, passed a battlefield where Simon de Montfort won and finished in the county town.
