Critique Welcomed Purple Haze

Taken on the way back to California from Arizona Sunday evening - this was taken on the old Hwy 80 in Ocotillo, CA. The sun had been down for about 15-20 mins at the point.

Thank you Pete - too far west for smoke - but the same weather system was blowing hard and picking up sand from the dunes south of the Salton Sea, and that gave me the haze.

Waiting for twilight was intentional to lower the over-all dynamic range, and allow the shadow shading to really show through.

Having the sun in frame would have been a real challenge
