QUAINT

Stunning Julian, absolutely stunning. May I ask what you think of the place generally? I need one more location and I was looking at the Eden Project the other day. I think it's too expensive to warrant the sort of things that would interest me - I'm not much into flowers. I'd almost forgotten this place, but it looks very interesting :)

Exquisite image with beautiful colour and B+W elements, Julian. :)

Ok firstly thank you all for the positive comments. I am taken aback, on posting this I thought it was not good and a bit cheesy, but then who am I to know.

Lesley, I cannot really say. The Eden and Heligan are very much about plants and flowers. I would certainly recommend the Cornish North coast the beaches and the fishing villages on the south coast rather than these two tourist attraction. In Cornwall we get an annual Eden ticket for £5 which is why I use it and go if I feel inclined. A good place to get warm if the winters cold..

Cheers Julian! You've just mentioned the places I already have on my list. I need to do a bit more homework, but Heligan might be useful for a middle of the day trip. I tend to get up around 4.00 and I don't pack up until after dark, so something else when the light isn't right for landscapes would be ideal :)
