Recommendations for colour film?

I'm sorted for black and white, but for colour I've only used Fujicolour C200, which I have to say I'm not a great fan of. I'd like something warmer. Suggestions?

Im just getting into colour film, just waiting back for some uber cheap Agfa Vista plus to be developed, I think when I was looking at 'proper' colour film something like Fuji Superia was apparently a good film, or if doing portraits something like Kodak Portra. It would be interesting to see what other people think though :)

Btw, what black and white film have you decided on?

Another thought about Ektar. Its not well liked for skin color accuracy. Gives a reddish tone. (Which might be OK on wintery-white Scots, come to think about it.) But I love the film.

If you can still get it Fuji Reala 100 is a lovely color film - scans very nicely as well

Thanks, Chris. I'll have a search.

Just got some Ektar 100 and some Reala 100 on eBay, quite cheap too. Thanks, lads.

Let us know how you get on

I used to shoot all my studio model stuff on Reala back in the day - ah the memories.. ;)

I just bought 5 rolls of 35mm and 4 of 120 portra 160.
I have a roll in the r2a ... I just can't bring my self to shoot with anything that I actually have to decide on settings at the mo
