A macro/close-up of the red amaryllis flower. Here are two version with a slight angle change. Not sure which one I like best - I am leaning towards the first image as it appears to show more depth.
These are even more fabulous and a flower I think I have never seen before. Just wonderful.May I ask what macro lens you are using? Make is not important, but whether it is a 50 or a 100mm would be interesting to know.
Thank you for your comments, Ivar. The lens I was using for these images is the Canon EF180mm f/3.5L Macro USM lens at f/32. For the other thread I have been building with the progression of the flowers I started with the Canon 180mm lens and then switched to the Canon 24-70mm.
