Dan I constantly amazed at how much detritus gather in Wuzza, if it's not the flood wahsings off the fields up in Shropshire it's the stoodents..............up the Uni leaving Pizza all over the town;-)

Eventually Pete if the flow doesn't take it, problem is that there is a weir and locks less than a mile downstream. years ago they used to dredge the Severn regularly...like many things the essentials don't happen any more..........
