Critique Welcomed Road to Tea

Nice shot Martin! The road, the shed or whatever it is in the distance, the post with the route-marking... it all fits together!

That path again a great form to play around with. I like the way here it hints and guides you toward the tea house. Hope the tea was good.

Grain,...? Them are rocks! :)

Fine image, Martin. As Rense said the various bits all fit together. (That type of graininess is what I get when I develop HP5 in Rodinal.)

I think its more to do with my scanner Brian. I haven't worked it out yet so still playing with it. Its a epsom V370 flat bed So if anyone knows some good setting I could use would be a great help.

Very nice compositional balance. Nice shot.

Always takes quite some time to understand. I have a V700 for my medium format negatives and slides.... Took me quite some time indeed... But I can't help you with the V370, I am afraid...

Thanks John.
Cheers anyway Rense may have to look into a new scanner as I intend to do a lot more film and will be doing medium format soon as well.

I like the shot Martin for all the reasons mentioned, I just wonder if you have difficulties coming out of that park:D The scan however, looks to me as if it is dust, but it's hard to tell. A fine image all the same.
