Its been ages since ive attempted any bird photography but with the bad weather it was quite easy to entice this Robin into the garden for a bit of seed.

How far away were you from the bird in question?

Wondering if a little fill flash would give a nice lighting pop?

Cheers guys. I must have been about a couple meters away at the nearest point, im about as subtle as a smack in the face when trying to sneak up to take animal pictures lol.

A bit of flash would probably helped though I wonder if it would over expose hte snow in the foreground, I will give it a try though at some point
