Rocks at White Point

I took this with the 1926 Kodak Cartridge Hawk-Eye Model C and Kodak Ektar 100 film. White Point is on the end of the Palos Verdes Peninsula, about 25 miles south of Los Angeles. Perhaps you can see a container ship on the horizon, and maybe if you squint you can just make out Catalina Island.

(I should mention,...this camera shoots nice, big 6x9 negatives, but it won't give me a purely rectangular image. See the black top and bottom on the image below.)

Yep, I can see them both, even with dodgy eyes - the drops are obviously working! I do like the softness that this camera imparts and I do like the composition with the people placed along the line of rocks. Is it an alignment problem? It looks like the film mask has slipped. Is that possible?

I see the UFOs were up and about again Brian - nicely captured while you pretended to shoot the scenery

Thank you, Chris. :D However, your UFO spotting skills may be fallible it seems, assuming that by "UFO" you intend the kind that comes from outer space. These are not them. :p These UFOs are artifacts left from the development process. I was quite disappointed because the first couple of frames had many such artifacts. Later in the roll they were far fewer. I'm going to talk with my developer lab about it this week.
