Rovinj - Croatia

Just back from a great weeks holiday. Rovinj is a truly wonderful place with great scenery and a bustling town centre with all sorts going on. One evening the where around 5 or 6 gigs dotted around the area. Some where in the main town areas, one was on the rocks by the sea and another by the a jetty. A really good night.

The sunsets were really nice but I wanted something a little different and then saw the child come out with his net. Damn those DSG's though, they are everywhere watching me wherever I go.

wonderful series. love the silhouette of the first, and the light hitting the city on the second. i have to confess my dad owns a shirt similar to the one in #3 but i think it's blue.. someone bought it as a gag gift and it backfired since he has really bad taste in clothes.

Terrible isn't it? The image is far better BW and I love the blur on the kid but I just had to post it in colour as a bit of fun.

Great feel to those first two Paul (and the last) and very evocative of a hot summer evening. The Terrible Shirt is the star though I think. It's almost like some sort of nightmarish view into another world - a sort grandad version of the world through the back of the wardrobe. And made almost more-so due to the slight ghosting of the child. Excellent.
