Nice simple little app. load up your photo and it will drop random grungie,scratched up effects to the picture. great for the vintage effects and toy cam app lovers out there.

My only 2 gripes

• the price for the full app £1.19 is pretty expensive for what it is, but there is a "lite" free version

The other is the lack of user control to the random filters..... Altho it does have a slide bar to alter the intensity of the applied filter its the lack of "tweakability" often gets you hitting the random button 10 to 15 times to get it to what you want.

My verdict 5 out of 10 altho i would bump it up for a lower price and more "Tweakability"

Looks like an interesting app, so the scratches are at random? That's pretty nifty!

No I think it's a whole random filter but I havent been able to distinguish repeatability yet. Works well as long as you get the right photo to start with. I also run pics through the photoshop app, reduce the saturation and play with the contrast and then put it on this. Works well

This is the thing with iPhone apps isn't it, there is a lot of them but none of them really do everything you want them to ... Some of the apps for the iPad look very impressive, but then your almost as good to have a small laptop ...
I wonder what power the new iPhone will bring when it surfaces?

Yeah I mean this is the thing people looking forward to the ip5 IMHO you won't see anything to drastic in terms of user interface ( I hope ) if it ain't broke don't fix it...., but if apple have upped their game in terms of internals, processing power and out right magic. it means a huge deal more to the app developer. altho still stuck withinn limitations like cost of app, file size and time limitation, if apple create an even better platform for delelopers to build on god knows what we will be going crazy about in the future.

Can't wait!!!!

I quite like the idea of these random scratches etc if they really are random. Most of the ones I've seen are too repetitive to use more than on isolated images (the same with grunge borders). It will be interesting to see how 'random' this app is.

Haha if it where tank girl I would be a very happy man, no these are owned by a reenactor, they travel the country and Europe educating the masses. Hamish we have an event at spetchley park gardens called m5 it's a multi period event full of Vikings nepolionic, brittish and American civil wars ww2 battles and shows, I'll be there in full dress!!
