Those things on his feet look like the kind of footwear that was popular here in the USA for a while and were called "crocs." They're a kind of plastic/rubbery sandal and they come in several bright colors. I think the company went out of business.

Anyway, love the shot of the sheep in the doorway, Alfie.
The Old Deer is a good one, too. I think she's fumbling in her pocket for a roll of film.

Oh Alfie - these are both amazing! The expressions are great in the first, but there's something about the second that makes me want to keep looking. Her face and the fact that you were so close and with the deer in the background. Just wonderful!

Chris, yes Woolies would make sense! Are you an ex-pat then? Yes, I did stand outside the shop waiting for a subject or two & didn't have to wait for long.

Lesley, I thought you might like them, as they have animals in.

Pete, I quite like the slight surreal nature. I'd like to spot a few more tbh.
