Very nicely lit Peter and a lovely relaxed pose. The window above her head is a tiny bit distracting but you could easily crop that out (unfortunately that would make the image square!). I usually try the get at least the eye nearest to the camera as the sharpest point in a classical portrait and I think you are a touch forward of this. Even so, I think it's a very nice portrait. Does she like it?

Agree with Pete on all points except that instead of cropping out the window above her head, I'd try the cloning tool (in PS) to take it away. This way you wouldn't have to end up with what Pete is really hoping for, a square crop. (Pete: )
