Shoveling Snow

The "Snow" scene has just ended, the curtain has come down temporarily and the volunteers are shoveling up the snow that has fallen on stage.

I was scrolling through my images to find some for the "my street" theme and came across this one that I had taken during one of last year's Nutcracker performances. I think I had quickly skimmed past it when I first looked through the set of images it came from. Now I quite like it.

Olympus XA and Arista Premium 100 film. (It's actually Kodak Plus-X). Hand held (of course). Processed in Rodinal.

It really invites you in to try to work out what is going on. Took me a while to notice the bin and work out those are brooms. Your text then made it easier to see what it was.
I appreciate the comments, Paul. Thank you.

Actually I reckon he is hiding the truth. They are actually spreading out some 'special' snow in preparation for the after-show party! ;)
That's right Pete. The "After Snow" party we call it round these parts. We all lie around and make snow angels. :p
