I had to really work hard to persuade Charlotte who I work with for me to take this shot. And worthy it was I think.
I think it's turned out great, I like the fact that she is not looking at the camera. It makes the shot interesting I think. Lovely lass she is and always smiling

Because I'm an impatient bugger at times I went for an hours dev at Max in town, hence the tones that have been coming out.
All I've done on this, and a few more now is a B&W conversion.... Done

Nicely done Dan. I'd normally try to get the nearest eye sharpest but this works well also I think.

I'm on my way to pick up from there now as it goes.
you need to ask them for pro scans to cd in mono. That way you don't really need to scan them your self as you get pretty big files straight off. Also, I'm not sure why, must be a colour space thing, but there mono is very slightly warm toned which is ideal really... You can just upload them straight to Flickr

Yeah, I always ask to have them onto disk anyways.... Didn't know about 'pro scanning'. Does that cost anymore?
