down in Pondicherry, a town which you would find with Portugese and French inspired streets and architexture from let's say a hundred years back. In fact the two countries occupied it for quite some time. Well the centre of it anyway. A lovely colourful town on the coast of Bengal, south of Chennai / Madras.
