A wacky design to my eyes. It will be interesting to see the output from this new Foveon like sensor, which is what matters.
I guess it is what it is and we shall see in a short while. I'll hold off from the DP2 Merill for a short while.

I think the form factor is quite interesting and it is refreshing to see something getting bigger for a change!

It looks very interesting and hopefully it will meet the no doubt high expectations they seem to be building up. I don't have a problem with the size or shape as I tend to find small pocketable cameras difficult to handle, sometimes it's good to have something to grab on to!

I agree, Paul. I like the shape of this camera, and I appear to have bonded with the fixed-lens camera....so maybe some day...

It is interesting and very different. I suspect it will be great to hold in the hand and easy or easier to keep steady. It definitely looks like a new lens as well.

Odd thing here some places it is £339 others £649. Be hard to move stock with that difference I'd have thought.
