Polaroid SX-70 + Impossible B&W film. PP in LR / Nik ColorFX Pro 4.

I'm seeing this version before seeing the other. I like the look of it, a welcome antidote the HDR stuff on various sites these days. Give me bleary-eyed gothic renders any day!

Thanks Beth. Actually there are indeed some fine scratches on the surface of the print as well as some over-exposure in the centre probably caused by me not being quick enough to shield the print on its way out of the camera (no Frog Tongue installed on this one). It all adds to the slight 'randomness' of the process.

Pete,...these Impossible images you've recently posted have inspired me to get some film for one of my integral film cameras,...either the Spectra or the SX-70. (I have a frog tongue I can install on the Spectra so maybe I'll go with that.)

The latest 600 film is supposed to react much faster and not need shielding.
I know,...not sure about the Spectra or SX-70 film, though. (Which I think are different from 600 film ain't they?) Also, I have the frog tongue anyway and my local seller of Impossible film usually only has the previous batch in stock.

Love the whole atmosphere these images generate Pete - more about form and features than detail, which makes a very peasant change

Not sure about the 3 flying saucers you captured hovering over the tree though - need to check that my cloaking device works for discontinued 'Polaroid' technology from the last century! ;)
