SKYLINE CLOUD

Brought to my attention by Chris on Flickr. Sometimes we look over past shots and see something second time around after having dismissed the image the first time.
I have come to the conclusion that film helps in this respect. By the time the film is developed , we have detached ourselves from the environment in which the image was taken and can look at the image afresh.

Certainly not one that should be overlooked Julian - lovely stuff. I have heard a number of photographers (especially one street photographer whose name escapes me for the moment) say something similar about film. I have a some rolls taken in Venice awaiting development (maybe next week). That could be interesting.

Wonderful image, Julian. Was it a film shot? If so, what film/camera? Thanks, Julian.

No Brian not film the trusty OM-D with the 45mm f1.8. It is about all I used at the moment. I do have a film in the Fed which Ive put the Jupiter 8 on. Taking a while to get through the 36 shots to see how it performs..

Thanks people for the comments.

Very nice, Julian. I've just been looking at your website - it is looking wonderful! Great images, beautifully presented, and interesting text. Definitely worth a visit: HIGHLIGHT PHOTOGRAPHY - Home

Thanks Rob but it is a site in progress. Probably going to always be in progress. Very easy to use but as all free sites it never quite has what you would like to show of the images in a style that is totally satisfactory . I guess that is why it is free.
