Took this very quickly on Tuesday 2nd April whilst out on a run with a friend to pick up his new car,in colour it is a bit flat so tried it black & white, I think it works better.

I like that a lot, the black and white works well and its nice that you have an interesting and detailed sky to match the interesting and detailed land :)

Thanks David,it is always nice to get others views on your own shots to see if what you are doing is working.I will have to try out some other shots from the day now, thanks again for your nice comments.

Thanks everyone for your kind words.I am really enjoying landscapes at the minute & hope to have some news very soon on some courses that are comming up this year.

I like taking landscape shots as well as im not in them lol it is always nice to shoot landscape as when you are out there and shoot the scene you never know what else you might see in the photo when you develop/download it. There might be sheep you haven't noticed in a field or some hikers going up a hill which you might not have noticed when you originally took the shot.

Have now decided , because of the comments to get it printed up & enter it into our local show to see how it does.
Cheers everyone.
Andy

Well it printed up brilliantly BUT upon reading rules for the comp,All pictures must have been taken in Cheshire popped up, do you think I could get away with saying it was taken using a NEW 6000mm prototype lens from Cheshire LOL, will have to get out quick & get some cheshire shots now.
