Very effective, Ivar and his place to the left adds to the feeling. The only thing that might be worth looking at is that processing halo around the lamppost.

Yes Pete I am aware of the lamp post and I honestly do not know how that happened and at what stage in the process.

Probably a local contrast effect. You could get rid of it using clone darken in PS.
