They aren't too expensive ... Sub £1k in the top of the range format these are in ...

Darkly sexy Hamish - love the texture on the black panels and the glow of the copper sections

How would you feel about moving the rear one over a little, so we can see both side trim pieces?

Very nicely done Hamish and, as Chris says, the glow on the cone and the texture of the fascia really works well. Not sure about moving the second speaker more into view though. If anything, I'd be tempted to drop it a touch out of focus. And maybe tame the highlighted edge of the base a tiny, tiny bit - I keep looking down at it.

I think the photo is atmospheric ... just looking at the photo i can imagine John Tavener listening to classical choral on them, or Herbie Hancock listening to Miles Davis.

Taht cant be a bad thing, cheers

Its a fine shot, Hamish. If I see that image in a glossy mag I will think, "that fotie was took by a pro!"

Cheers Brian, reassuring

I did try it, it didn't work out ... final usage case for the image makes it too wide too...

It is a touch out of focus, it might well go a touch more if the end product requires it .. ill show you when its done if you like :)
Used your lens ... so cheers for that ;)
