You are right of course and it is a sad fact. If I am approached and questioned I give them my card and tell them to contact me for pictures. After all it is out in the public.

I really like the contrasts, organic vs. artificial forms, movement of children vs. static pole, colours of clouds vs. the deep black of the ground. I was wondering about those three boxes (bricks) in the foreground though...
