Critique Welcomed Sprocket Rocket?

Took this photograph this evening from the Sky Garden on the 27th floor of my block of flats in Singapore, the apartment windows look like sprocket holes in a film.

Camera: Olympus Air A-01
Lens: OLYMPUS mZuiko 40-150mm F4.0-5.6 R
Exposure: f4, 1/30s, 6400 ISO. 40mm (80mm in 35mm equivalent)

Taken at 20:47 LT Singapore, sun had set by then.
