Stephansdom, Vienna

A moody image of Stephansdom with one of the towers partly obscured by mist. It felt very mediaeval at the time and I wanted to try to capture that in the processing.

I think you got it Pete very moody and somewhat mystical, I like it......even if the hidden tower keeps asking questions of me.:D

Ooh Nice!

I haven't quite managed that effect with any of my pictures, though I shall be experimenting! :)

It also looks as though they may have some interesting gargoyles, if you have a long enough lens.

I love the angle you've shot it from, Pete. Its a very imposing outlook, which I'm sure you wanted. Not sure I would have guessed about mist if you hadn't mentioned it, though. Nevertheless, it does have a kind of dark ages feel about it.

Magnificant!!!! Absolutley Magnificant!!
Great angle, great picture, great treament..... what more can I say!?! :) :) :)

Don't temp a man who addicted to thrill.... :D :D

Pete - you know with a T&S lens you could.... oh never mind ;)

Very nice - lovely cold feel with the tone and the mist
