Critique Welcomed Storm over the Shard

I know the Shard slits opinions, but from first impressions I really liked it.

It's definitely a 21st C structure, and really moves the London skyline forward I think.

Yes... a lovely shot Chris. That entire stretch of the South Bank from the London Eye to Tower Bridge is one of my favourite haunts. There is such a variety that in a mile or so you can go from dark cobbled streets with London's oldest gaol, to fantastic structures in metal and glass

Thanks Tim and Lesley - I have to say that I really enjoyed the boat trip from the London Eye, up to Tower Bridge - well worth the money as you get a unique view of the South Bank, and a rare uncluttered eye-line to boot!
