Thought I'd try something different.

I was putting some feed out for the birds and I looked into the bucket of seed and got me thinking, "where's me camera?".
So I stuck the lens into the bucket and got this.

Very nice textures there Glen. What a great idea. Might be nice to crop it a bit to lose the slightly less focused area on the right. What do you think?

Id probably be tempted to increase the sharpening and edge contrast a little bit, bit im not sure it would be an improvement as such?
Im not surprised Pete likes it ... they are Pete tones i think

Works really well in B&W - maybe even a little more contrasty blacks?

Im not sure it need more global contrast, just a bit of edge contrast - "clarity" style

Yes, it would make it a bit squarish - I hadn't noticed!
