Id agree, there are a lot of elements that work in this shots favour!
people, birds, aeroplane trails ... landscape photography that is still pretty but has more of a story than just plain pretty colours

Love landscape shots , and the fancy ones you see have there place but this has got a rhythm and a flow. The people on their little run and the cluster of birds add important detail to a brill shot.
