Liking the 1st one, I like the angle you have taken the birds at, little bit distracted by then crane on the right though. The bird make a great image though....would it be worth trying to crop it just to see?

That does look much better. I included the crane as I kind of wanted to keep the harbour theme but the crop does improve it alot.
