Both excellent shots Kyle - I actually like #1 a lot, those lovely golden colours lighting up the undersides of the clouds. And I like the telephone pole and wires - it's suggesting messages coming and going from the far west

Illustrates a really good technique point as well - sunsets are often at their most impressive after the sun is no longer in view.

I prefer the first one...the empty space and the telephone pole do it for me...but I can understand why some might like the second. They're both beauties!
