Ok, here's the answer. That thing is dry shrimp sauce, which means they need to put under the sunlight to dry them. People over here use the dry shrimp sauce to steam porks, fried rice and fried vegetable. Hard to explain how it exactly taste, it taste strong and salty, don't think any of you like the taste, good try everyone :p
