Amazingly crisp shots do did you use a tripod or were they hand held and with flash, basically how did you do it?

The damsel fly is a really good shot the stem adds a huge dynamic to the image.

I used a tripod for the Caterpillar and the last fly shot and a monopod for the others and no flash on any of them.

Thanks Guys I'm still practising with this lens but I'm getting there.

Skye I thought the Wasp would have given you the creeps knowing how much you like insects . I must admit, due to the cloudy day it took a lot of shots to that one. All the others were well blurred with the slight breeze and the wasp moving about.
