Temple of Minerva.

The Temple of Minerva is one of the many "follies" around Hardwick Hall Country Park near Sedgefield County Durham.

The sky and the tree line in the background look like they are sloping a bit but if I rotated to make them level then the Temple looked wonky.....

How inconsiderate of them someone should have words. Its cool how the angle it was taken from shows the shadows of the columns and windows.

Very nice again Glen. And I like all the angles and, as Ahmad notes, those shadows are very nicely placed. Overall it has a slightly surreal feel to it with the green hill and the 'Roman' temple.

i don't think we're in kansas anymore toto.. the temple out in the middle of a sunny british landscape is pretty surreal. guess it's no odder than cadillac ranch.
