Critique Welcomed That "your Taking My Picture...?" Look

This is the look I tend to get from Meg when I have taken her picture recently.

Polaroid Spectra with Impossible Project Silver Shade Cool film.

Love it Brian. One of those few pics I see and cannot really say anything other than it is excellent and the image speaks for itself.

But it's a damned fine look and has resulted in a lovely portrait with a slight touch of mystery to it (and a bit of 40s glamour). Nice.
Thanks a lot, Pete. That '40's "glamour glow" is what it seemed like to me. too. I love the Impossible film. Just wish it wasn't so expensive. (Looking forward to your SX-70 shots, Pete. It was your post yesterday that got me up off my ass to shoot a couple with the Spectra.)

Ah, a familiar look! Our poor kids...

Great shot, though, Brian, so it was worth dodging the daggers for. Agree about the Holywood glamour touch. Very nice. Instax don't do b&w, so I have to shoot in colour, then convert if I want to. This looks great, though.

I thought you might recognize that look, Rob! :)

Thanks for the comments.

I'v seen that look before Brian!

Love the over all effect with the Impossible film - the softness is sooo retro - really nice

I feel the phrase that goes with her look would be "DAD!" :D :D :D

You get it too, eh Chris? :D

I don't get the "DAD" thing, though; I just get "the look."

Thanks for the comments, Chris. Appreciated.

Tell her all I see is BEER!!! Well of course that's a lie...because I do see a tude of epic proportion. However...she clearly gets her looks from her mom.
Running and hiding now.

Nothing gets by you, Glenn! :D You are correct on all points: That is indeed beer (Hanger 24 Double IPA, a growler of which my beloved elder daughter had collected for me on an expedition to the brewery in San Bernardino County), that is indeed a tude of epic proportions, she does indeed take after her mother, and indeed you better start a-running! :D
