I don't think I have already posted this. The shop was a steel shutter that opened to reveal little more than a kiosk stuffed with plumbing supplies. There was no sign and the only thing to tell people what was sold without peering inside was the selection of knackered shower hoses hanging on the wall - rubbish as advertisement. I have seen this sort of thing quite a few times. At first I wondered why anyone would want to put an old, often broken and battered item that looked awful on display. After a while I realised is was a very apt way of showing people what kind of shop the place was. Makes a lot of sense too, you wouldn't want to put a new one out in the 45 deg heat and dust would you.
