The Cactus Barn

I returned to Leo Carrillo Ranch today, shortly before closing - and explored the crazy cactus patch at the end of the old Ranch barn.

It's a huge area containing dozens of cacti - and they've clearly been growing for a long long time.

I shot IR on the X-Pro1 today - taking advantage of some afternoon sun and the occasional bit of blue sky.

I like the OOF trees in the background a lot, Chris. In number 3 it's Holga-esque, except that on the Holga the OOF would have been on the edges. Very cool!
 
Thanks Brian - you're seeing the movement of the trees in the wind with the long exposure in this shot - it effected some trees more than others as well, so you get a nice effect.
