Just added the fuzzy border and increased contrast a touch with curves to get the JPEG looking like the capture. Used Nik Output sharpener. The street lamp to the left cast a very orange light and the inside was lit by a fluorescent tube as was the LH display case. I did try a CP to push contrast but it made no difference to the overall colour and the curves was enough. The border was done with a glow layer but all except the edge was painted back using a mask to keep sharpness on the posters etc. It is a horizontal crop of the original portrait format as I had shot the entire doorway etc but preferred the detail in the end as the shadows were playing havoc with the perspective.
The stain glass is quite ornate when you look closer.
