It's the green on the hill that makes it perfect for me. The sky is awesome and yet I keep going back to that tiny bit of green

Thanks all. This is the view from the front of the house and that patch of field is often lit by the last rays of the sun (it is actually a field of Oilseed Rape this year - not quite in full flower). I just happened to look out of the window and saw this dramatic cloud scape (with its fearsome face) and so nipped out and took a shot. I lifted the field a touch in Viveza as that was a key element of the image for me also.

I like the green hill, and the flash of blue to the right: helps to frame the core of the photograph. It's a stunning shot.

I have not seen a sky photo that covers 90+% of the frame and be this dramatic, dynamic and beautiful, Pete.
Having only green fields on earth that communicates with sky colors adds to the meaning of this grand image.
