The Ironwork

I like the industrial black and white look on this one, Kev. Nice compo, too. I suppose it took you a wee while to figure what you wanted in the frame. I know it would me.

Thanks Brian, yes took a while, I was going to go straight on looking up but I wanted to show the smooth curves against the angular form I couldn't get that straight on, sometimes you have to compromise symmetry for form. But then I went all wonky for some windows and opening I shot after :D

I know this bridge, and indeed photo from my own extrapolation ...
Although better than my attempts!
I have been meaning for some time now to go down there and get some shots of the viaduct with Petes C3 i have a feeling the square format will suit the subject well!

My New Year Project Hamish I plan to photodoc as much of it as I can, all 65 arches hopefully access permitting as I know that some may be a little difficult to get to.....:D using both Digital and Film.........:)

Let me know when you wt started I'll pop down and see how your get on!
I'm hoping to have this bald by the new year Si I'll need somthing to get my teeth into using it with!

Will do, planning on doing a little background research first so you defo going for the blad then??

think so, just got to find one at the right price!
Ive got my eye on a few on ebay but im not so happy with buying from there for a camera like this!

Big money big chance on ebay Hamish, I would much prefer to hands on buy when paying proper money for anything, must admit that I would be prepared to pay a little extra just for the knowledge that I had touched it first..:) I was advised once when considering a blad to check the serial numbers match for the body parts or something, guessing that would be that thye haven't been bastardised
