Nice shot, Garry. I can see why you like this kind of shot. The runner is clearly in his own world. I also like that he is in focus while the background is completely OOF, thus propelling him forward in a way. Very nice indeed.

Excellent Gerry. Spot-on as you say. Only suggestion would be to crop the tiniest bit off the top to take away the dark line at the boundary of the image.
