Been out with the NEX 5n and the Leica 50 f1:1.5 again?!

What a wonderfully evocative series Hamish. I'm glad you didn't take these yesterday though, I was fed up enough already!

The low contrast suits these a treat. I like them all but the cameras and decayed building stand out. However. my absolute favourite is the shot of the birds on the wire. Bleak and blurry! - although I am 'warming' to the fence.

It's funny how a single lens can almost rewrite my personal rules
So yes Pete, def the summarit still and the nex5n is a joy to use!!

Anyway, thanks all, my fave is the birds ... I nearly didn't include the fence, but the oddness of it made me keep it

For me it's the building-side with the 2 large windows, I think it looks the most desolate. It looks like a place people have forgot for quite some time.

3rd with the window is quite spooky i dont know why. Birds on a fence it will come to me why its special, i think it has a lot to do with the intentional slightly out of focus and the black leaves which give an air of disquiet.
