Critique Welcomed The Reader Far And Near

I shot these images at the Walt Disney Concert Hall a few years ago. I used my Canon F1. Can't remember off hand what film I used. I think I used my 28mm for the first shot, and a 200mm tele for the 2nd. There was some stationary object near me, can't recall now what it was, and this is what I used to steady the camera.

Far (Can you see him? Would you have if I hadn't prompted you?)

Near

Superb Brian. I admit I did need the second image but the first is wonderful as well as the first one. Gorgeous tones in the second.

But Ron is imaginary, Pete....

Reminds me, tangentially, of when I was once on a train on a dark evening from Glasgow to Edinburgh, hurtling along at 100mph. The guy opposite me was a railroad worker in full uniform, and clearly completely sozzled - and he couldn't stop telling the whole carriage his rude jokes. The best one, though, was when he said, "Do you know what's REALLY funny? I'm driving this train!". You probably saw that coming, but it was very funny at the time....

In answer, might have! Damned find pair of images. Love the frames within frames of the first image especially (and those big dust spots add to the image too! ;) ). As Ron says, the 'arrow' is a nice bonus. Damned fine indeed. :)
Thank you, Pete. (You cheeky bugger!;))
