X-Pro1 and 35mm Lens

Built between 1767 and 1774 - 30 houses laid out in a crescent in the city of Bath.

Stunning to look at, and very photogenic - worth visit if you're in the area.

Lots of this in Edinburgh, and as with this image, there are lots of cars spoiling the view. Should be horse and carriage...

Very nice shot, Chris. Did you have to do any straightening?

Thanks Rob - no straightening required - 35mm (50mm) lens kept it nice and square

Chris I like how you've positioned the railing in the frame in order that its own crescent shape provides a nice counter-balance to the architecture.

I've yet to be entirely statisfied with any of the pictures I've taken of the Royal Crescent..it's difficult to get the full sweep of the crescent especially with all the cars...

Lovely colours in this though, as always...

Great shot, when I been there in the past I often wonder what the houses a like inside. Brilliant architecture.

Thanks chaps
