@Vic Shaw, Have you tried ModelMayhem? You could arrange a TFP basis with a model.

@Kev Pugh, I use photoshop. I do a general retouch then dodge and burn.

Great idea Vic and you can save a fortune by not needing to hire Timmy. But then again...
