The Tower

I took this last week during some spare time I had the evening before a meeting in the UK. I'm keeping the location a 'secret' for the moment to see who recognises it. My guess is that Paul will. The main shots were done on 120 film using the Fuji but I haven't developed the film yet.

Lecia M9 + Leica Summilux M 35mm f1:1.4. ISO 160, 1/500s at f1:5.6. PP in LR and SilverFX Pro 2. It was framed as a square crop.

What happened in 1862? Nice image, Pete. Like the tone. Lots of detail revealed. No idea where it is.

Wow, I saw this in the flesh 10 years ago.
Me and a friend of mine had hours to kill before we had to catch the sea cat to...... (trying not to give it away )
So we took a drive in my faded red (so yeah, pink) vauxhall nova down this coastal road and this tower stood out to me, so I stopped, whipped out a cruddy boots disposable camera and took a shot of it (and the other one)..... And I didn't ever get to see the final results. Gutted! Why? I really dont know. I don't even know if I got the film processed. :/
I do remember it looking alot more decorative in bird **** than this shot Pete.
Do they clean it??

Always wondered where you kept your darkroom Pete - very impressive!

Like the PP a lot - little bit scared of using the red tones myself, but this works very nicely
