This was really scary...from our window...

So good. Really intimidating scene out there. I love dramatic and threatening skies, but I'll admit this one is especially mean looking.

A dramatic abstract expressionism in photography. Amazing, Glenn. :)

Julian...it was one of those very fast moving storms with lots of lightning. The spinning of the clouds had the whole city wondering if there was going to be a tornado. There was lots of wind and lightning damage...but not a twister. I also think that fact that the whole front of our place is windows makes it more dramatic.

Thank you Nihat. I was sitting in my chair by the window and lightning hit very close...then the rain came and it started to get real dark. I grabbed my camera...and just before the window became completely covered and it went totally dark I got off a few shots. It really was sereal to see... And the pic came close to reality.

Does it ever rain there Brian?

Isn't that amazing, Glenn, sometimes we wait and search so long and sometimes the moment and the scene just arrives so quickly...

Does it ever rain there Brian?
Are you kidding me, Glenn...? We get some very nasty inclement weather roaring through here sometimes. Why, just this week the temperature got down into the 60s and I could swear noticed a cloud. ;)
