Thanks, Chris. That's exactly how it tasted, too! Cool and sharp!

Mine was a dark Hefe weissbier! :)

I guess you must be in Germany at the moment then, Pete? I have to say I'm not a fan of wheat beers. Or dark beers. (Other than Guinness, of course.) But perhaps they're better in Germany. What brand, Pete?

IPA..all the way!

Glenn, the only time I'll pass up an IPA is when there is a double IPA available!:o

It is not a very dark beer Brian - I also prefer lighter ones - but is just has a bit more flavour than the standard Weissbier.

This is the brand.

Brauerei Gebr. Maisel KG Bayreuth - Maisel's Weisse - Mach's auf deine Weisse.

I've never seen that brand here. There is a German grocery near where I work. They have beers I've not seen in other places. I'll check it out and if they have that stuff I'll give it a try. Thanks, Pete.

Brian, are these getting closer and 3Der, or is it my imagination? Love the colors!

Thanks Nihat. I'm using the same set-up for each beery image now. Canon 7D and Canon 50mm 1.4. I use the built-in flash, too. I was filtering the flash at first with my fingers, but this gave inconsistant lighting results. Now I'm filtering the flash with a page out of a childrens coloring book I found lying about. The paper isn't white exactly, it has a slight brownish tinge to it. (No coloring applied, though,...not yet any way.) Thanks again, Nihat.
